The Right Time to Travel

Is there a right time for you to travel somewhere?  Just because all your friends and colleagues have visited the top holiday destinations, does it mean you have to as well? Home is Not a Place But a Feeling

What is home?  It is where you feel the most connected with.  It need not be the place where you were born.  Home is where you feel the greatest spiritual connection.  It is the place where you are the most happy and free.  While my physical home may be in Adelaide, the more I travelled the more I have come to realise that home is not a place but it is a feeling.  Continue reading

Photo of the Month: Eagle Rock

This month’s photo highlights that the world can be the most peaceful place on Earth.  This photo was taken a few years ago at the west rim of the Grand Canyon. It is called Eagle Rock because it really does look like an eagle.  This beautiful rock formation is literally metres from the then new sky-walk observation deck.  To enjoy an air of peace and calmness arrive early before the hordes of tourists.  Sit on one of the nearby rocks and just chill. The only sound that you will hear is the occasional bird.  You may even spot an eagle circling high above and marvel at how graceful they are.

A Garden Oasis

A gentle splash.  Soft buzz of the sprinkler. Trees sway in the breeze.  Slow trickle of the cascade over limestone rocks.  The Chinese Gardens are the perfect place to come and chill out from a hectic day of Sydney city life.   Continue reading
